RL ROUTER – Monitoring and Diagnostics –

RL Router connects your different systems together, interprets and collects data and metrics, manage alarms
and abnormalities. The system can collect production statistics from machines in the fields or in a factory and present it to
the machine owner or operator

If your machine today has a control system, it is likely that it is possible to get production data, measured values, alarms and warnings
but often it is complicated and not very practical for the machine operator to access them, maybe there
several independent – PLC – and controllers that can not communicate with each other and therefore make it difficult to get a
good overview of how the machine feels and performs. With our router, you can connect the system with different
protocols and gather all interesting data to a local or cloud-located database. This can then be presented to
qualified personnel, in real time and / or collected statistics.

RL Router is one part of the radiologic product family and can also collect measurements wirelessly from multiple machines
a factory or a work area and provide an overall picture of the situation for all regardless of machine manufacturers. RL Router can if necessary in combination with one or more RL PRIO for vicinity function give you a complete control system and fully
replacing other PLC equipment.

With a connection to the RL database, you will get help to create a safe storage of your production data for access via eg web
or directly linked to production control / billing program. If you have a mobile equipment it could be of interest to k
eeping track of such hours, fuel consumption, service intervals and, not least, a machine’s geographic location can save much money for a machine owner.
